Instructions
In a small saucepan add the 1/4 cup of coconut sugar and water and bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Place in fridge to cool slightly.
In a blender, add in the tequila, 3-4 shots of the simple syrup (step 1), pineapple juice, coconut water, and a splash of orange juice. Shake it well.
Place the remainder of the coconut sugar (1 tsp) along with the tajin onto a plate and mix them together. We the rim of 2 glasses with water or lime juice and dip the rim into the mixture.
Fill the glasses with the cocorita mixture.
Top the rim with a lime slice and enjoy!

6 fl oz White Tequila (2 shots)
3 fl oz Pineapple Juice
3/4 cup Coconut Water
2 cups Ice Cubes
2 oz Orange Juice
1 tsp Tajin (Mexican Spice)
