Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300oF (148oC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Grind the almonds and cashews in a high-speed blender or food processor until a course powder forms.
In a mixing bowl combine the oats, oat flour, ground nuts, nutmeg, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir in the maple syrup and oil until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 23 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the tray. Enjoy!
