Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Once you dice the sweet onion, heat the avocado oil in a saucepan and saute the onion in a pan over medium/low heat until translucent.
In a large bowl whisk the egg and add in Frank's hot sauce (buffalo sauce), almond flour, mayo, and nutritional yeast.
Now add in the sauteed onion, garlic powder, and 2 stalks of the green onion (diced). MIx it all together and add the ground chicken (or turkey).
You can mix it with a spoon but I prefer to put on rubber gloves and combine it all with my hands. Divide them into even balls, place them on a parchment- lined baking sheet, and mash down into patties. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the internal temperature is 170 degrees.
Notes: These are great if you grill them as well.
