Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° and line an 8x8 with parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl (oats to sea salt).
Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl (pumpkin puree, maple syrup, non-dairy milk).
Combine the 2 bowls and stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes then place them on a cooling rack for another 10-15. Cut into 16 squares. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
