If you want a smoother drink, you want the fruit to be thawed. If you are going for a frozen drink, keep the fruit frozen.
Add everything except the sparkling water and ice cubes to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your glasses, add ice, and top with sparkling water. Lemon-flavored water is really good, too! Garnish with more fruit & mint leaves for a pretty presentation.
Ingredients
1 cup Frozen Berries (thawed, or use fresh)
1/4 cup Mint Leaves
1 Tbsp Lime Juice (or lemon)
2 Tbsp Raw Honey
1 cup Sparkling Water (I also like lemon flavored)
1/2 cup Ice Cubes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° and add everything except the chocolate chips to a food processor. Mix for 1 minute.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Use a scoop and make even balls and lay them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool on a cooling rack.
Cook an extra 2 minutes if you like your cookies crunchy.
